We require a Full Time role for European cuisine with an emphasis on fresh sea food and beef and lamb. A minimum of 3 years experience and a Diploma in Professional cookery is required. Excellent command of both spoken and written English. You must be able to work well under pressure, as our kitchen is busy. You will be part of this exclusive team and will from the start be able to contribute to the style of the menu and be involved in this exciting enterprise.
